Part & Parcel deli, from chef Phillip Lopez of Root and Square Root, has officially opened its doors in The Paramount across from The Beacon at South Market!
The deli features classic sandwiches, salads, and a full bar. Chef de Cuisine Michael Mericle, who has been at Root for 6 years, makes all the charcuterie for the deli in-house.
A retail section is planned that will sell specialty dried goods, pickles, jams and cookbooks, and the restaurant will soon offer hot plate and pasta dishes. Part & Parcel will accept phone and online orders for quick pick-up.
