Whether it’s a service request or a general suggestion, our customer service specialists are there to assist our residents at any time. Each property also features a residents-only website, where residents can connect with one another and enjoy services such as online rent payment, maintenance requests, and personal account access. Each property utilizes social media to keep residents up-to-speed on what’s happening at the property and in the local community.
Each Domain property features exclusive amenities, including first-class fitness centers, game rooms, resort-style pools and outdoor spaces, complimentary coffee bars, and much more. We leverage these amenities to create an exciting program of resident events and activities customized for each community. We view our properties as important parts of the fabric of their neighborhoods, and we strengthen these ties by partnering with a variety of local businesses to offer discounts and specials for our residents using their MyDomain Card. Residents also benefit from our loyalty programs including renewal rewards and referral incentives.
We streamline the process of paying for rent and other services through our Automated Payment Program – residents can just sign up for automated bank withdrawal or payment by credit card and eliminate the hassle of writing rent checks. We believe that the maintenance request process should be simple, too – when a maintenance request is submitted, we guarantee that the request will be addressed within 48 hours. Domain also offers an easy transfer system should a resident’s needs change – residents can transfer to another available market rental within our portfolio with 30 days advance notice.
Domain’s connection to its residents, employees, and neighbors extends beyond our property lines. When residents join a Domain community, they become part of our mission to strengthen our surrounding neighborhoods. Through our MyCommunity program, residents select from a list of non-profit organizations to which Domain makes a contribution on their behalf. We also make donations and sponsor volunteer events throughout the year.
